The X-Seasons Group runs hotels and apartments under the well-known Berg & Berg brand across Switzerland. Our locations are in city, lake, mountain and holiday regions.

All hotels and apartments are designed around a self check-in concept that allows a flexible, uncomplicated arrival, regardless of the time of day or the length of stay.

Berg & Berg stands for a comfortable stay in stylishly furnished hotels and apartments at attractive value for money. Modern amenities and a high level of comfort make our guests feel at home from the first moment.

The Berg & Berg Hotel Kerns is in the canton of Obwalden, between Lucerne, Engelberg and Melchsee-Frutt. It has rooms, suites and apartments, a restaurant and bar, a kids' paradise and a hall for events.

The Berg & Berg Hotel Hellbühl lies in the countryside of the canton of Lucerne, a short drive from the city of Lucerne and close to the A2 motorway. It offers single and double rooms and an apartment with kitchen. The Rösteria and the Bar Hellbühl are at the same address.

The Berg & Berg Apartments Lucerne are at Steinenstrasse 3, in the heart of the city of Lucerne. Both categories are apartments with their own kitchen, the Apartment Superior with a large terrace and sauna.

The Berg & Berg Apartments Bad Zurzach are in the spa town on the High Rhine, right next to the Zurzach thermal baths. All five categories are apartments with their own kitchen, from 27 to 90 m².

The Berg & Berg Apartments Spiez are in the Bernese Oberland on Lake Thun, between Thun and Interlaken. All three categories are apartments with a kitchen.

2. Arrive when it suits you. You check in yourself at the terminal in the house, at any time and regardless of reception hours.
3. Stay as long as you like. One night, a business week or several months. Every house has its own offer for longer stays, with cleaning on request. Breakfast is served at the Hotel Kerns.
4. Leave without waiting. In Hellbühl, Bad Zurzach and Spiez you pay at check-in and leave on your departure day without checking out.
